Our Euro Summer: 20 Days of Food, Fun & Feeling Free

What a wild, beautiful 20 days that was.
We kicked things off on June 1st, flying back from Accra to London for a quick reset before heading straight to Madrid — and that’s where the real adventure began.
We rented a car and just went for it — no strict plans, just vibes and Google Maps. Drove through Marbella, Tarifa, Sevilla, Ubrique, and Málaga, stopping whenever something looked good (which, let’s be honest, was often). Spain in the summer just hits different — long sunny days, incredible food, and a feeling that time doesn’t really matter.
Back in Madrid, we met up with friends and soaked in the city — from late-night tapas to wandering around without any real agenda. It felt like a warm, familiar hug.
Next up: the south of France. We flew into Nice, grabbed another car, and road-tripped through the French Riviera — Cannes, St. Tropez, Antibes, Mougins, Monaco… even popped over to San Remo in Italy for lunch (because why not?). We linked up with more friends in Cannes and Monaco, and every day felt like a dream. Beach days, wine-fuelled dinners, small-town magic… it was everything.
After that, we swapped cars for trains and headed to Paris just in time for Fashion Week. The city was buzzing. Between the shows, the rooftops, and late-night laughs, Paris gave us the perfect mix of chaos and charm. Then we rounded it all off with a few days in Amsterdam — slower pace, long walks, great coffee, and one last little adventure before heading back to London.
We honestly didn’t want it to end. We ate a lot, laughed constantly, lived fully, and just… let go. No stress, no pressure, just good energy, beautiful places, and even better people.
I’ll be sharing all our favourite restaurants, cute shops, and travel tips in the next post — so if you’re planning a trip, you’ll want to save that one.
But for now, just wanted to say: this trip reminded us how good life can feel when you let it flow.
Until next post 💚
